About me
Drawing on 9 years of automotive controls experience, I bridge engineering depth and product strategy to create impactful hardware-software solutions.
My Experience
2019-now
McLaren Automotive
Principal Systems engineer
I led the full product lifecycle of high-voltage control systems—spanning Battery Management Systems (BMS), charger, inverter, and DC-DC converter—for all hybrid car lines, from concept through launch and customer delivery. I combined deep technical ownership with cross-functional alignment, supplier co-development, and data-driven iteration to deliver production-grade software, while evolving from an individual contributor into a team lead driving product and engineering excellence.
2018-2019
Aston Martin Lagonda
Senior controls engineer
I led the design and implementation of hybrid powertrain control strategies using model-based development, driving product performance through optimal energy management.
2016-2018
Jaguar Land Rover
Research controls engineer
I led rapid prototyping of embedded control software to frontload critical features, giving calibration teams (internal customers) an additional 4 months for system optimisation. This early project also exposed me to core product management practices—defining user personas, clarifying JTBD, and aligning technical delivery with product value.
